Hello, welcome to my website.

My name is Lisa and am a Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapist.

I have always been passionate about helping others. As a CBT Hypnotherapist I help people navigate challenges they experience related to stress and overwhelm.

To do this I use an integrated approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness.

I help clients become more aware of what keeps them stuck.

Together we slow down, learn how to access a place of safety and ease, and tune into what drives unwanted feelings and behaviors related to their stress.

We then look at ways to pivot towards helpful and supportive ways of being. After just a few sessions clients feel less stressed, anxious and more rested, refreshed, resourced and ready to take on challenges that come up!

Everything is tailored to the client’s needs and delivered in a way that feels gentle, sustainable, and empowering.
