Over 6 weekly sessions, all held on Zoom, you will learn to:

Understand the difference between your conscious and subconscious mind — recognize them in action and understand how they have been shaping your behaviors.

Strengthen your connection to your intuition, your inner world and learn how to embody healing self-energy through Yoga Nidra and meditation practices.

Identify the inner parts of you that show up e.g. the inner critic or the stroppy teenager, that take over in certain aspects of your life and maintain behaviors you long to shift.

Welcome and accept these inner parts and get to know what they need in order to feel safe.

Use self-hypnosis to lead from self-energy when navigating difficult emotions and feelings in real time, giving you the confidence to communicate and act in ways align with your values and true self.

Change doesn’t happen without your participation

I provide recordings of the meditations and hypnosis practices we do together. These will be available after each session, and I highly recommend you continue engaging with them between sessions to help strengthen your new skills. I call this your formal homework.

I’ll also offer informal homework — simple practices you can weave easily into your day. Both will help reinforce your progress. Think of it like going to the gym: to build stronger muscles, you train regularly. In the same way, these practices help you build a healthier relationship with your own mind and intuition.

Hypnotherapy isn’t something done to you — it’s something you do for yourself. My role is to gently guide you, but you are the one taking the steps that create meaningful change in your life.

My hope is that you’ll leave with tools and skills you can use for the rest of your life.

Calm, clarity and confidence in areas of your life where you feel stuck and stagnant.

6 x 1:1 sessions held via Zoom, every week. Sessions can last between 75-90 mins. This varies client to client and session by session. I recommend you put aside 90 mins for each session so even if we finish at 75 mins you have time to metabolise the session before moving into your next activity.

Audio recordings of the meditations or hypnosis practicals we do together in session, these will be yours to keep forever, should you want to refer back to them again. I recommend you do!

Other in-formal practices to utilize between sessions to help integrate learnings.
