What to expect
The Return To You is a 6 session 1:1 journey, held via Zoom every other week.
Over 6 sessions, you will learn to:
Understand the difference between your conscious and subconscious mind — recognize them in action and understand how the have been shaping your behaviors.
Strengthen your connection with your intuition, your inner world and learn how to embody Self-Energy.
Identify inner parts of you that show up in certain situations e.g. an inner critic or a stroppy teenager part.
Get to know what inner parts are maintaining behaviors you long to shift.
Welcome these parts, get to know them more intimately, get to know what they need to feel safe enough to relax.
Lead from Self-Energy and identify when an inner part comes ‘online’ and navigate difficult emotions and feelings in real time.
Finally, you will learn how to return to yourself again and again, whenever you get lost, in a gentle, welcoming and compassion way.
You will learn to listen to your inner world, your inner parts, the inner messages that often can only be heard in whispers (although sometimes they are loud too!) and take more skilful actions or often from a place of Self-Energy.
These skills last a life time.
What else you need to know:
I provide recordings of the meditations and hypnosis practices we do together. These will be available after each session, and I highly recommend you continue engaging with them between sessions to help strengthen your new skills. I call this your formal homework.
I’ll also offer informal homework — simple practices you can weave easily into your day. Both will help reinforce your progress. Think of it like going to the gym: to build stronger muscles, you train regularly. In the same way, these practices help you build a healthier relationship with your own mind and intuition.
Hypnotherapy isn’t something done to you — it’s something you do for yourself. My role is to gently guide you, but you are the one taking the steps that create meaningful change in your life.
My hope is that you’ll leave with tools and skills you can use for the rest of your life.

Audio recordings of the meditations or hypnosis practicals we do together in session, these will be yours to keep forever, should you want to refer back to them again.
