Here’s how it works:
Once you have purchased Pause & Reset, below, you will receive a guided audio meditation.
The guided meditation will help you identify what’s keeping you stuck.
You will answer a short set of questions about your current challenges and personal short term goals.
You will receive a personalized response from me within 3-5 days — with reflections, insights, and practical guidance.
Plus - a personalized hypnotic audio tailored to what you need, based on your answers from above.
After Pause & Reset you will:
Feel a greater sense of calm and wellbeing in your body and mind.
Be able to step back from difficult thoughts and feelings in moments of stress and unease.
Develop capacity to be with difficult thoughts and feelings to gain emotional resilience.

What Pause & Reset is not:
A quick fix!
A replacement for coaching or therapy to work with a specific goal where you are looking for specific outcomes.
It’s also not suitable if you recently received or are currently receiving treatment from a psychiatrist, psychotherapist, or counselor for an ongoing mental health problem.
This is your invitation to pause.
To choose yourself — gently, bravely, and without guilt.
