Hypnosis can help you learn new a response in relation to fear and it can help you become a safe and confident driver.
How hypnosis helps with driving anxiety
Fear of driving is rarely about driving itself. It’s often linked to past experiences, learned associations, or the mind’s attempt to predict and prevent danger.
Hypnosis allows us to work with the subconscious patterns that trigger fear responses — helping your body and mind respond differently, without needing to “push through” or rationalise your way out of anxiety.
Combined with mindfulness and cognitive approaches, this work supports lasting change — not just temporary coping.

In a few sessions*, you will:
Understand where your fear of driving comes from and what keeps it going
Calm nervous system responses that show up behind the wheel
Manage anxious thoughts, images, and anticipatory fear
Build a felt sense of safety and control while driving
Learn relaxation and grounding techniques you can use before and during drives
Use gentle hypnosis to retrain your subconscious responses and increase confidence
Rather than forcing yourself through fear, we work at a comfortable pace that feels supportive and respectful.

Sessions, commitment & pricing
Every client is different in terms of their history, experiences, and how quickly confidence returns.
I ask for an initial commitment of six sessions, paid up front. This gives us the space to understand your fear, build regulation skills, and begin creating meaningful change. After these six sessions, we can review together whether additional sessions would be helpful.
Most clients need between six and eight sessions in total. Any sessions beyond the initial six can be paid for individually.
Initial investment:
$960 for six sessions. Further sessions can be discussed.
Sessions last up to 90 minutes and include recordings of practices we use together, so you can continue to support you in between sessions.

I know what it’s like to be navigating tight finances while also wanting support that genuinely helps. I don’t want cost to be the thing that holds you back from regaining confidence and independence.

Change happens through collaboration. This work asks for your participation, curiosity, and a willingness to gently practise what you learn — both in sessions and in daily life.
