Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

My courageous life wants to stop being ahead of me so that it can lie down and rest deep inside the body it has been calling on - David Whyte

Often, deep rest and self-care gets pushed to the bottom of the priority list.

Yet when we do give ourselves the chance to slow down, we feel the profound impact — in our bodies, minds, and hearts.

Deep rest shouldn’t be just another thing to do. It’s a state of being that allows the nervous system to stand down, the mind to quieten, and the body to remember its own innate capacity to restore and rebalance.

Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra offer a gentle invitation into this kind of rest.

Both Yin & Nidra create the conditions for tension to release, for breath to soften, and awareness to open. Both are effortless practices, no need to performance, or achieve. You are encouraged to meet yourself exactly as you are.

These practices are especially supportive if you are feeling tired, emotionally stretched, burnt out, or disconnected from your body and the world around you. They help you shift out of constant doing and into a felt sense of safety, presence, and ease.

This is time to come home to yourself.
